Time based plans
Following are our current charges based on different plans, where charges vary based on time taken. We may change these over time based on people’s feedback. If you are not sure how much time your case may take, we suggest that you opt for Plan 1 or Plan 2 initially, and then decide how many more consultations are needed.
It is not mandatory, but highly recommended to prepare your details in format given here, and email it to us using Contact Form (just copy and paste into that and submit), before you call for first time. Not only it will save time taken in discussion, it will capture 95% of the information where sometimes people may miss certain important point not knowing its importance to the overall case.
Time slot for call/skype will be confirmed through email when you send your preferred timings via the Contact Form along with payment details. We won’t take calls at random times during day, but if you need that you may want to use Anytime Call Plan (meant for very short calls actually, not discussions).
Following are our time based plans based on time spent, charges, validity time, and what is covered based on common usage and what is feasible within that duration.

Note: If you are not sure of how many hours you need initially, you can choose a lower cost plan initially and later move to any higher plan by paying the balance amount.
E.g. you can start with Option 1600 for 2 hours, but if later you think that you would need 4 hours at least (Option 3000), then you can pay the remaining 1400 and you will be moved to that plan. Time spent already will be adjusted against the total 4 hours of the plan.
Updates by email: If allotted time is still remaining in your plan, then around beginning of every month we will email the breakup of time spent on discussions/documents review etc. so far including till previous month. If no time was spent in previous month, then no email will be sent. In that case, you can refer to older emails to know the remaining hours.
If your allotted time has been exceeded and you want to continue with discussions, you can choose to pay again for any plan which can cover for the exceeded time.
Explanation of terms used in the CHARGES TABLE
Discussion: A phone/skype/online chat based discussion (we don’t suggest chat though because it takes more time for the number of points covered). Within India, phone call is most common. For NRIs, skype call may be sometimes more convenient or cheaper. A discussion can be scheduled as per time slots available here.
Documents Review: Review of documents like Petition/Written Statement/Objection/ Court order/Judgment for merits, strong or weak points in your cases etc. You need to email the scanned documents, and a discussion can be scheduled after that. Time taken for document review will be made known to you. (Note: If document is scanned into separate image files, these must be scanned in page order (E.g. 01.jpg, 02.jpg, 03.jpg; OR IMG_01.jpg, IMG_02.jpg etc), so they can sort easily; else it will unnecessarily add more time to your consultation time, because we need to put them in actual order before going through them).
Time: The total maximum time for the plan which will be spent on discussions, plus documents review etc as applicable.
Meaning of: “up to 3 discussions incl Documents review“: Total of 3 (Discussions + Document reviews). E.g. If you don’t send any documents for review, then you can utilize the total time within maximum of 3 discussions. If you send one email with your documents for review, then apart from time taken for 1 Documents review, you can use remaining time for 2 discussions. Similarly the break up can be done for any other scenarios.
Note 1: If you exhaust the time for your plan, you can go for another plan if you still need more consultations. Our aim however is that people gain the knowledge and confidence to to manage independently their own cases, within shortest time.
Note 2: for asking a quick question, you can send it via email. It need not be scheduled as a discussion.
Questions via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, unscheduled short phone call (only urgent calls)
Though our main guidance is given via pre-scheduled time discussions, for quick questions or seeking information on a specific point you can contact via email, WhatsApp/SMS, or phone. We do not guarantee though that unscheduled calls will be answered so it’s better that you send a message too via WhatsApp/SMS/Email. Replies will be sent most of the time within much less than 24 hours. Any time spent on these will get added up towards your overall allotted time.

Bonus WhatsApp group for members (optional)
If you are ok joining a shared WhatsApp group with other paid members, we can add you in this group where a one line or quick doubt/question can be asked, and we will reply. Since it’s a shared group, questions and replies will be visible to all who have already joined the group.
There are no further charges for being a member in the WhatsApp group. You have to explicitly make a request to join the group, and no one will be added without explicit request having been made first.
